Is the stock fresh?
All the stock in House are manufactured for the respective festive season. Majority of our stock is hand picked by our specialists. We have received 99% success rate feedback from our customers on all items, since the last 8 years.
Are there any Additional Charges?
No. There are no hidden charges apart from the prices displayed on the products. Delivery charges are also Free. We save you from the hassle of transporting dangerous fireworks on the road and paying an additional cost. All our prices are inclusive of all taxes.
Is Cash On Delivery Option Available?
Yes, COD - Cash on Delivery is available. You can pay by Cash or UPI after receiving the products.
How do I Know Whether My Order Is Confirmed Or Not?
Once the order is placed, our support executive will call you to confirm your order. Based on your confirmation, your order will be confirmed by our executive. Once the order is confirmed by our executive, you will receive the order confirmation via SMS on your registered mobile number.
Your order is confirmed only if you receive the order confirmation SMS.
How do i Cancel an Order that is Placed?
Yes you can cancel your order. You can inform our support executive when they call you for order confirmation.
If you have changed your mind, We request our customers to cancel your order on the same day, as this will help us manage orders easily and also gives us time to deliver celebrations to some more homes.
How do I pay for my orders?
You can pay for the orders through Phonepe, Gpay, Paytm, Amazon Pay or COD (Cash on Delivery).
You will receive payment confirmation SMS along with order confirmation.
Can I visit your store and pick up my order?
Of course you can. We will be more than happy to meet you. The store locations will be updated 3 days before Diwali every year.
Will I get the exact same products that I ordered?
Yes you will get exactly the same items that you have ordered.
As you are aware on an average, an usual order contains 15+ items sorted, assembled and packed by humans. They might sometimes miss some items in a hurry. If any of the items are missed (which might happen rarely) we will refund your amount of the missing item the same day.
If any of the items are not available during the time of delivery, we will replace it with a BETTER item, the same will be communicated to customers before the order is out for delivery.
We procure only Genuine Standard Crackers only.
